I have it connected via Monster Sub cable to LFE from my Denon AVR-2309CI. Audessey calibration is simply fantastic. It never misses a beat. This thing will ROCK your house. Purchased this through Amazon via OneCall. Explosions literally shake my walls and floor. Another fine product.
By this before they are all gone as it is a discontinued item. Pandora Radio sounds just great with by B&W speakers and this Sub. I was extremely pleased with the overall service and now enjoying this great Sub. Can not say enough good things about them. It complements my system perfectly. Very rich and deep. This sub plays music very well.
HT is where it is at for me. This is why you want a 12" Sub. Shipment arrived on time and was double boxed. Now this is what a Sub should sound like. It picks up all the subtle nuances. Polk does it again.
Another great product from Polk Audio. With the grilles off, it matches my Polk Audio RTi-12s & CSi-5 speakers (cabinet, silver coating highlights & etc). Love this front-firing powered subwoofer. Big sound quality difference over my old Sony subwoofer. I use Monster subwoofer cable with it.
Worth every penny, sounds great with plenty of power for my 12X18 room. Excellent paired together. Excellent sub. Bought with Onkyo TX706.
There honestly isn't one bad thing I have to say about it. From dishes rattling in the kitchen that's two rooms away, to everything in the computer room that's on the second floor. This sub pumps out so much bass that it shakes everything in the house. The sliding mirror doors on my closet vibrate like crazy from the opposite side of the room. I currently use this sub in a small room. It's not the room it's gonna be staying in, but in any event. I call it comically loud probably because of the fact that I have it in a bedroom for now.
However, I really can't complain at this price. Looked at HSU and SVS, but could not justify the extra $$ at this time for my current situation. At under $300 including shipping this is a great deal. Buy it now before they are all gone. Great for music and it does pretty well on HT except for the really low stuff.
